Who this policy covers

Support photos and videos are kept with the order they belong to. Newsletter addresses are kept until you ask to be removed. Browser cart data stays on your device until you clear it.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may ask us to confirm what we hold, correct an address or name, delete data we no longer need, or stop marketing email. Send the request from the email you used at checkout through contact. We may need to verify that you are the customer before we change or delete an order file. We may retain a limited record where the law requires it (for example a completed payment).

International processing
