How quality control works

Every order is inspected before dispatch. Once payment is confirmed, processing usually takes about three days.

• Movement accuracy testing and a function check on every complication listed for that reference.
• A review of the case, dial, and bracelet finishing.
• A QC video of the allocated watch, sent to you for approval.

Nothing is packed until you approve the video. If you do not reply, the watch stays on hold; silence is not treated as approval. Worldwide tracked shipping

Shipping is free and tracked to the destinations listed at checkout. After you approve QC, the watch is packed and handed to the courier within 24–48 hours. Most parcels then take nine to twelve days to arrive, though times vary by country.

The outer carton is plain and does not carry Audemars Piguet, collection, or watch wording. A tracking number is sent to your checkout email once the courier has the parcel. Read the full shipping policy and the delivery proofs page for regions and the delivery journey.

14-day returns

Return requests are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date shown on tracking. The watch must be unused and in the condition you received it. Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the request and the return address. Once the returned watch passes inspection, the product price is refunded to the original payment method.

One-year movement warranty

Every watch includes a one-year store warranty on the movement, starting from the delivery date. If the movement fails under normal use, we repair the watch or replace it with the same reference when stock allows; if neither is practical, we may refund the product price.

This is a store warranty on the replica you bought. It is not an Audemars Piguet manufacture warranty and is not honoured by Audemars Piguet service centres. Water damage, physical damage, and third-party servicing are excluded. See the warranty policy for coverage and how to make a claim.

Payment and privacy

Checkout is completed with the payment method shown there, currently flypay. Full card numbers are not stored on this site, and only the details needed to take payment and deliver the parcel are shared with the payment processor and carriers.
